Sreenivas Murthy, CEO
Alumni of IIM-B with a professional career spanning over three decades of work experience in Financial Services. Head of SBUs, managing the entire Operations such as leading huge sales teams, operational excellence and payouts, processing innovations. Has a brilliant track record of working on main frame computers, systems analysis, programming and project management. Trained in six-sigma black belt and managed operations of about 600 branches across the India with the help of about 12 Regional Managers and 4 Zonal Managers, as Head of Operations in Aditya Birla Sun Life insurance company.
Started career as a direct recruit officer (AAO) in Life Insurance Corporation of India a, public sector company worked for 15 years and then moved on to senior level executive position in a private company of Aditya Birla Group and worked for 14 years across India.
Passionate about people development and empowerment, integrity, transparency, organisations profitability, performance orientation, process development and innovation.
Jyothirmayi D, Director
Post Graduate from IIM Lucknow. Worked in MNCs and Founder and CEO of fabricmonde.com.
Her experience spans across Digital transformation, Channel development, Corporate communication.
Area of expertise is entrepreneurship, financial planning, business strategy.
Bhanu Kiran, Marketing Consultant
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, social media and marketing. I work for empowering education, nonprofit and community development.
Responsible for producing creative and engaging content, especially on social media. I hold experience in producing promotional videos, fictional films, documentary films and creating brands with focus on storytelling and emotional relevance.
In addition to Video Production and Social Media Marketing, my previous education background enabled me to equip myself with skills like Graphic design, User experience design, Customer service, Client communications, Interpersonal skills, Teamwork, Branding etc.
